<p>The thought of having a bee sting scares most people because of the effects it would have on them. It’s always advisable to remove the bee stings within fifteen minutes after the sting. But most people do not know how to remove it and end up pumping more venom into their body. Knowing the various remedies to use when you have a bee sting will help avoid serious complication that can occur when the bee sting is left unattended.</p>
<p>There are different remedies that you can use after a bee has stung to avoid experiencing many complications. Many of these remedies can be done at home and do not require medical attention. However bee sting can cause anaphylactic reactions to some people whose effects can even be fatal. People experiencing allergic reactions should seek medical attention immediately.</p>
<p><strong>Why bee stings:</strong> Bees are not aggressive insects. They will only sting when threatened or as a defense mechanism for protecting their territories. Normally its sting will cause mild irritation and slight pain at the site. However it could result in extreme cases to serious allergies that can be fatal.</p>

<p><strong>Remove the sting from the skin:</strong> This should be done immediate after the bee stings. Carefully   remove the sting using a blunt tweezers or knife by gently scraping the sting against the skin in the opposite direction of the sting entry.</p>

<p>Place 2-3 ice cubes in a piece of cloth and press it in the stung area fro at least 10-15 minutes. Don’t use the ice directly on the skin.</p>

<p>People who have allergic reaction show allergic reactions seconds after the bee sting. Most people who suspect to be having allergic reaction to bee sting usually carry epinephrine injection. Search if the person has this injection and administer the correct dosage.
